iFAST Financial (HK) Limited - iFAST Corp’s wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Hong Kong. It holds the Type 1 and 4 licences, issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong in April 2007. Fundsupermart Hong Kong was launched in July 2007 and the B2B Platform for financial advisers was launched in July 2008. The launch of our businesses in Hong Kong marks the first step of our entry to the Greater China market.

In August 2009, iFAST Financial (HK) Limited and Fundsupermart.com (HK) have been named winners of the “Fund Platform” and “Online Usability” awards respectively in The Best Practice Financial Services Award 2009.

iFAST Financial (HK) Limited iFAST Nominees (HK) Limited was incorporated in May 2009, to perform the nominee services for I-WRAP, iFAST Financial (HK) and Fundsupermart (HK) platforms. iFAST Nominees (HK) Limited is wholly owned by iFAST Financial (HK) Limited.

iFAST Financial (HK) Limited Following its acquisition of ING Platform Services Limited in May 2009, iFAST Corp renamed it as iFAST Platform Services (HK) Limited with effect from 12 May 2009. iFAST Platform Services (HK) Limited is the platform service provider of I-WRAP/Private Portfolio Service (PPS) in Hong Kong. I-WRAP is a service for financial advisers to integrate their investors' transaction recordings, account keepings and valuation reporting services in a wrap account.
