iFAST Corporation Ltd. Annual General Meeting & Business Update

iFAST Corporation Ltd. (“iFAST Corp”, Stock Code: AIY) will be holding our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), and Business Update (“Pre-AGM business update”), on 16 April 2019 (Tuesday). We would like to extend our warmest invitation to all our shareholders, B2C and B2B customers, as well as members of the investment community for our pre-AGM business update at 12pm.

In summary, the AGM event will be split into two sessions as follows:

1. Pre-AGM Business Update: Strengthening Our Fintech Ecosystem

iFAST Corp has come a long way in building our capabilities as an integrated wealth management Fintech platform since our listing on SGX Mainboard in December 2014. Moving forward, we aim to further empower our shareholders, customers and business partners through our continuous effort in strengthening our Fintech ecosystem.

Come join us for the our pre-AGM business update at 12pm, where our CEO, Mr Lim Chung Chun, and CFO, Mr David Leung, will be sharing insights on our company’s progress, as well as the future plans the company has.

2. AGM – Voting on AGM Resolutions

The AGM will begin at 2pm, and if you are a registered shareholder of iFAST Corp, you can exercise your rights as a shareholder and vote on the various AGM resolutions.
