Responsibilities:

We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the position of Chief Risk Officer of the Group. The CRO oversees enterprise risk management of the Group, and is expected play a leadership role in ensuring risk status of the Group is healthy. This role reports directly to the Group CEO and key tasks include:


  • Review and enhance the enterprise risk management framework for the Group
  • Lead the risk management team in managing risk and control activities, from identifying, assessing, developing mitigating solutions to monitoring risk exposures across the group entities
  • Work with functional departments in implementing the mitigating solutions and monitor the progress of risk mitigation activities
  • Communicate effectively and provide training to build risk awareness within various business and functional departments

Requirements:

  • Candidates who have 8 to 12 years of experience in risk controls and risk management related functions in banks or other regulated financial institutions
