iFAST Corporation Ltd. Annual General Meeting 2017 & Business Update

iFAST Corporation Ltd. (Stock Code: AIY) will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 18 April 2018 at 2pm. We warmly welcome all shareholders, our B2B and B2C customers, as well as members of the investment community to join us for a pre-AGM Business Update at 12pm.

There will be two main parts to the AGM on 18 April 2018, as follows:

1. Pre-AGM Business Update

If you are interested in knowing how iFAST Corp is “Scaling up to be a Key Fintech Player”, the Company’s theme in the new 2017 Annual Report, do join us for the Business Update starting from 12pm. iFAST Corp’s CEO, Mr Lim Chung Chun, and CFO, Mr David Leung, will be sharing insights on the progress made since the company’s listing on the SGX Mainboard in December 2014, as well as the future plans the company has.

Please note that even if you are not an iFAST Corp shareholder, you can still register and attend the pre-AGM Business Update.

2. AGM

The AGM will begin at 2pm, and if you are a registered shareholder of iFAST Corp, you can exercise your right as a shareholder and vote on the various AGM resolutions.
