One of iFAST Corporation Ltd.'s corporate shareholders is CP Invest Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cuscaden Peak Investments Pte Ltd (formerly known as Singapore Press Holdings Private Limited before it was privatised in 2022). Cuscaden Peak Investments Pte Ltd. is a susidiary of Cuscaden Peak Pte Ltd. which is jointly owned by Mapletree Fortress Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd., and Adenium Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte. Ltd.
