The Nominating Committee ("NC") had reviewed the qualification, experience and her contribution towards the core competencies of Ms Chu Wing Tak Caecilia and recommended her appointment. The Board, having considered the recommendation from the NC and was of the view that Ms Chu Wing Tak Caecilia will be able to contribute towards the core competencies of the Board, approved the appointment of Ms Chu Wing Tak Caecilia as Independent Director of the Company.

Caecilia has close to 20 years of work experiences in the finance and technology fields. Since 2016, she has been the CEO and co-founder of Singapore-headquartered You Technologies Group Limited. The company launched the region s first and leading multi-currency digital wallet, and has operations in Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Prior to that, Caecilia held positions at Citigroup, overseeing growth investments in the consumer and technology sectors in the Southeast Asia and China regions; at McKinsey & Company, advising financial institutions on market and growth strategies. Additionally, her fintech experiences include positions at Lufax as well QF Pay, both companies based in China.
